The new one day international rules which came into place recently are not so good on bowlers. Are the bowlers being undermined?.From the past new rules was imposed for the benefitiary of the batsmen. These new rules are not at all fair on the bowlers only the one rule 2 power play blocks per side is somewhat in favour of the bowlers all others are specially meant for batsmen including allowing only 4 players to go out of the 30-yard circle.Does the icc preferentertainment rather than a good cricket match. These days bowlers are the slaves of the batsmen who are ready to be hit. NEW RULES ARE IN THE FAVOUR OF BATSMEN The rule allowing 2 new bowls are hard on the spinners who come to bowl in the 20 over mark and finds only a10 over old ball.these rules are hard on the bowlers espesially spinnerswho are now relectunt toflightthe bowl because they have no protection in the deep and are forced to ball flat and quick. Thus making conditions so batsman friendly that even a mishit can go over to the boundary.Cricket was contest between bat and ball but it has become more of a bat game A year after it made sweeping changes to One-day International cricket, an ICC panel has recommended further changes to spice up ODIs, giving bowlers some leeway by allowing two bouncers an over instead of one and doing away with the bowling Powerplay rule but restoring the balance by allowing only four fieldersoutside the 30-yard circle in the non-Powerplay period.
